EAS Vault Terms and Conditions

Welcome to EAS Vault. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including our website, platform, electronic currency wallet, and any associated applications, content, features, and transactions (collectively, “Services”). Please read these Terms carefully, as they form a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and EAS Vault Limited (“EAS Vault,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 By using our Services, you accept and agree to comply with all terms, conditions, and guidelines stated herein, as well as any updates we may issue from time to time.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Electronic Wallet: EAS Vault provides an electronic wallet service allowing Users to hold, transfer, and transact in supported fiat and cryptocurrencies.
3.2 Supported Currencies: EAS Vault may support specific fiat and digital currencies. These may change at our discretion, and it is your responsibility to verify supported currencies prior to initiating transactions.
3.3 Transaction Types: Through our platform, you can transfer funds to other EAS Vault Users, receive funds from third parties, and manage your fiat and cryptocurrency balances as permitted by the Service.
4. Wallet Balances and Transactions
4.1 Deposits and Withdrawals: Funds may be added to or withdrawn from your EAS Vault wallet, subject to any limits or restrictions imposed by us, applicable financial institutions, or regulatory authorities. You authorize us to perform the necessary operations to complete any transaction.
4.2 Transaction Fees: You agree to pay all applicable fees for transactions made through the Services. Fee amounts may vary and will be disclosed prior to the completion of each transaction.
4.3 Transaction Limits: We may set daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limits based on various factors, including account status, regulatory compliance, and security considerations.
4.4 Refunds and Reversals: All transactions are final. Refunds, chargebacks, or reversals are not guaranteed and are subject to EAS Vault’s discretion. Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions may be eligible for investigation if reported promptly.
4.5 Currency Conversion: EAS Vault may offer currency conversion for transactions involving fiat and digital currencies. Conversion rates are subject to market conditions and will be displayed prior to the completion of each transaction.
5. User Obligations and Restrictions
5.1 Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and standards in connection with your use of the Services.
5.2 Prohibited Activities: You are prohibited from using the Services to engage in any of the following:
- Illegal activities or transactions, including fraud, money laundering, and terrorist financing.
- Activities involving the transmission of false or misleading information.
- Transactions involving prohibited digital or fiat currencies, or transactions violating financial regulations.
- Any action that violates the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights.
- Interference with or disruption of the Services, including attempting to access another User’s account or data.
5.3 Account Monitoring: EAS Vault reserves the right to monitor transactions and activities for compliance and to report any suspicious or unauthorized activity to the relevant authorities.
5.4 Prohibited Jurisdictions: Certain jurisdictions are restricted from using EAS Vault’s Services. Users are responsible for understanding and complying with restrictions applicable to their jurisdictions.
6. Fees, Taxes, and Currency Conversion
6.1 Service Fees: EAS Vault may charge fees for certain transactions or activities. Fees are disclosed prior to the transaction and deducted directly from your account balance. Fee schedules are subject to change at our discretion.
6.2 Currency Conversion Fees: Transactions involving currency conversion are subject to additional fees. You accept responsibility for all fees associated with such conversions.
6.3 Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes resulting from your use of the Services, including income tax, VAT, or any other tax imposed by relevant authorities.
7. Security and Privacy
7.1 Security Measures: EAS Vault employs industry-standard security measures to protect your account and data. However, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of internet-based transactions.
7.2 User Responsibility for Security: You agree to use caution and practice sound security measures in safeguarding your account credentials, including enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) if available.
7.3 Privacy: EAS Vault values your privacy. Our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference into these Terms, describes our practices regarding the collection, use, and sharing of your information.
8. Termination and Suspension
8.1 Termination by EAS Vault: EAS Vault reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account, access to Services, or transactions at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms or suspicion of illegal or unauthorized activity.
8.2 Termination by User: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting EAS Vault support and ceasing all use of the Services.
8.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Any balance remaining in your account after termination will be subject to applicable withdrawal and refund procedures as determined by EAS Vault.
9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
9.1 No Warranty: The Services are provided “AS IS” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2 Limitation of Liability: EAS Vault and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use the Services.
9.3 Force Majeure: EAS Vault shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failures due to unforeseen events, such as natural disasters, war, or technical failures beyond our control.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
